All merchandise is shipped via UNITED PARCEL SERVICE (UPS™). You can
log in to your account, click on "Track your Order" at the top of the
screen, enter your order number (it will be printed on your order
confirmation email or your printed receipt). This will confirm our
shipping of the products you ordered. We update the Order Status at the
end of each business day. With your order number, you can simply track
your package and confirm delivery right from our website!
We currently only ship within the
United States. We primarily ship UPS ground to all 50 states. Smaller,
lighter packages (1 and 2 lb. mostly) may ship USPS Priority Mail.
Shipping by UPS "Ground" to Alaska and Hawaii is a flat $15 + 15% of
order total for all orders.
We offer two ways to place your order:
ONLINE - using your credit card on our secure server
OFFLINE - proceed through checkout
where you will have the option to print your totaled order to mailed
with credit card or check payment.
Shipping Timeframe
Most of the items are in stock
unless otherwise stated on the site. Orders are shipped Monday through
Friday, excluding legal holidays. Most items ship within 1 business
day. If we cannot ship within 2 business days, we will notify you as
soon as possible by email. We are located on the West coast. UPS
Transit time can be up to 5 Business days (1 week) to some
destinations. Business days are Monday through Friday. Some orders may
contain items that ship directly from our supplier in a separate
shipment.
